ClipFlash ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
URLs you submit: We process URLs you paste into ClipFlash to fetch video information. We do not permanently log or store these URLs after processing is complete.
Files: Video and audio files downloaded via ClipFlash are processed temporarily on our servers and automatically deleted immediately after your download completes. We do not store, access, or share these files.
Usage data: We collect standard web server logs (IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, referrer). These are used for security monitoring and performance analytics only. Logs are retained for 30 days then deleted.
Cookies: We use cookies for session management and to remember your theme preference (light/dark). We also use advertising cookies from our ad network partners (Monetag, AdsTerra) to display relevant ads. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting the relevant opt-out pages for each network.
ClipFlash is free because we display ads. Our ad networks (Monetag and AdsTerra) may use cookies and device identifiers to show relevant advertisements. These networks have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.
We use yt-dlp (open-source) for video processing. All processing happens on our servers. No data is sent to third-party APIs except for the video platforms themselves (to fetch video information).
ClipFlash is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
