Important Note About ClipFlash

ClipFlash is a download tool, not a content host. We do not store, host, or redistribute videos. Videos are fetched from original platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and streamed directly to the end user. We do not maintain copies of any downloaded content. If you want content removed from YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms, please contact those platforms directly — they are the content hosts.

DMCA Takedown Process

If you are a copyright holder and believe ClipFlash is being used to infringe your rights, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to:

Required Information

Your DMCA notice must include:

• Your full name and contact information (address, phone, email)
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• A description of the allegedly infringing material and enough information for us to locate it
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

Response Time

We respond to all valid DMCA notices within 48 hours on business days.

Counter-Notices

If you believe content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address with the information required under DMCA Section 512(g)(3).
